Responsible Gambling Budget & Limit Planner

The single most protective habit in gambling is deciding, in advance and in a calm moment, how much you are willing to lose — and then treating that number as fixed. This planner turns money you can genuinely afford to lose into a monthly budget, a per-session limit, and a sensible unit size. It runs entirely in your browser: nothing you type is saved, stored, or sent anywhere.

Set your limits

Use money left after all essentials, savings, and debts — never money you need. Income is optional and only used to sense-check the share of your earnings you would be risking.

Monthly betting budget
Per-session limit
Suggested unit (1 bet)

Monthly betting budget = disposable budget × share. Per-session limit = monthly budget ÷ sessions. Suggested unit = per-session limit ÷ 10, so a single bad session cannot end the whole month. A session where you place no bet is a win for your budget, not a missed chance.

What this planner is for

This tool is about limiting what you spend, not maximising what you might win — there is no stake size that beats the house edge, and betting is not a way to make money. Set these limits when you are calm, put the same numbers into your operator's deposit and loss limits so the platform enforces them for you, and stop when a limit is reached even if a match is still live. If you find your real spending drifting above the plan, that drift is itself the signal worth paying attention to.
